Glad you're here! I'm Haley—former agency recruiter turned executive resume writer & career coach.
I spent the first 11+ years of my career as an agency recruiter. During that time, I helped companies hire across a wide range of industries – financial services, manufacturing, tech, pharma, nonprofit, academia, real estate.... you name it, I probably touched it at some point.
My perspective isn't rooted in one HR department. It was built across hundreds of hiring decisions, industries, leaders, and organizations.
After reviewing thousands of resumes and sitting on both sides of countless hiring conversations, I noticed a common theme:
Accomplished leaders often struggle to articulate the value they bring. They're simply too close to their own story.
That's the work I love the most: helping clients uncover the value that's already there.
I founded The Career Revisory in 2023 after returning from my second maternity leave. While I loved recruiting, I found even greater fulfillment helping people uncover their confidence, refine their story, and position themselves for what's next.
I believe the job search becomes a lot less overwhelming when you understand your value and know how to communicate it.
That's where clarity turns into confidence—and confidence creates opportunities.
While most of my career was built in Boston (forever my favorite city!), I now live back in my hometown on the Jersey Shore. Offline you'll usually find me at the beach with my two favorite little humans (no matter the season!), baking something sweet, or tackling another home project I'll inevitably underestimate.
